About Me

I have spent many years exploring different healing arts.  I started with a more convential career training as a physiotherapist, however I always sensed there was more.  This longing to learn and deepen into healing lead me to explore many different healing arts.

Following the birth of both my boys I experienced postnatal anxiety, the difficult recovery from caesarean section and serious illness.  This was the catalyst that brought me to explore craniosacral therapy and experience its beauty to assist with the road to recovery.

As a physiotherapist I have had the experience of working with many different health conditions.  This has included acute and chronic muscloskeletal pain, long term illnesses, neurological disorders, post surgical rehabilitation, elderly rehabilitation and palliative care.  My experience as a physiotherapist has been very beneficial and informative to my work as a craniosacral therapist & reflexologist.

My own personal craniosacral  therapy sessions and training has been a path of deep personal transformation.  Allowing a heart felt exploration of my own personal perinatal, child and adult self.
Craniosacral therapy allows a container of safety to enable our true selves to emerge.

Craniosacral Therapy is beneficial for all conditions, supporting healing for emotional, spiritual & physical wellbeing.

I a dedicated to continuing with postgraduate study.  I partake in regular supervision with an acknowledgement that this enables me to hold a safe and ethical practice.
I am currently insured with Holistic Insurance Services.

Although I am a qualified physiotherapist my own private practice offers craniosacral therapy & Gentle Touch Reflexology only.
